Building Update 060826

The Building Committee continues work to start the closing process with our construction lender, Thrivent Financial. The team has been diligent in developing a construction contract that will be acceptable to the church, the contractor, and our lender.  

The temporary fire alarm system and replacement fire alarm system are also in planning development by our alarm contractor.

While we have received our permit for the building, a separate right-of-way permit submittal is being prepared by our civil engineer and will be reviewed by the city.
